It is the rear extension though that steals the show with its bright and beautiful demeanor that acts as a bridge between classic and contemporary styles. Frameless glazing oak and brick shape the new addition that now contains the kitchen and dining space.
Apart from providing a shaded outdoor area the verandahs also keep out scorching sun during hot summer days and help in naturally regulating the temperature inside. Cool breeze that flows from the South West further creates a comfortable living environment with the pool become the hub of frantic activity each evening.
There is something so familiar about a white picket fence that it immediately draws us in. It is compelling to look at urging us to get closer to it and the breathtaking garden that’s lying behind it. We can stare at the fence in fascination wondering if the interior of the house does the marvelous exterior justice!

Since the home did not have to accommodate spaces for kids there was a certain amount of design freedom that the architects gladly tapped into. The open and long living area is flanked by dining space and kitchen on one end and the bedroom on the other.
