The top floor contains the master bedroom a spacious walk-in closet two kids’ bedrooms and a nifty sitting area. A gorgeous and minimal floating staircase connects the lower level with the upper floor.
A thin picket fence can allow those who pass your house to have a little peek into your garden but thanks to its pointed look it remains a boundary that protects your space! A large house can give the impression that it’s looming over the low picket fence making it appear even smaller than it is. Designed by MODO Designs the structure of this pavilion-style retreat is divided into two sections with the front façade holding the public spaces and the more sheltered rear edifice containing the bedrooms and the bathrooms.
A neutral color palette is coupled with cedar and glass giving the interior a modern and harmonious appeal. Another fun addition inside the home is the net above the courtyard on the second floor that brings an air of playful relation even while doubling as an essential safety feature.
